What are you excited about being able to do at 321go Kids? I am thrilled to be a part of the 321go Kids team, where I have the opportunity to serve families and share valuable resources and insights. As a proud 321go Kids parent, I have navigated my own journey as a mom and gained a wealth of knowledge that I’m eager to pass on. I am passionate about advocating for families and empowering our community, and I look forward to contributing to the incredible work we do together at 321go Kids.

What lead you to serving through 321go Kids? My daughter has been a part of the 321go Kids community since she was just one month old, and from the very beginning, I was struck by the team’s exceptional kindness, dedication, and passion. They treated me not just as a parent but as an individual, creating a welcoming environment that truly resonated with me. When I learned about the opportunity for a billing assistant, I knew I wanted to contribute to this amazing community. I am deeply grateful for the experiences I’ve had at 321go Kids, both as a parent and as an employee. The values of kindness, advocacy, and friendship that I’ve encountered here inspire me to serve and support others in our community.

What is your favorite way to engage with kids? I absolutely love working with kids of all abilities. My approach is to meet each child where they are and find creative ways to teach them something new or create a memorable experience. With my background as a Direct Support Professional and Registered Behavior Technician, I’ve developed a passion for forming genuine connections with children. I believe that having someone they can trust and get excited to see is essential for their comfort and progress.

Where else have you worked? I have gained diverse experience across various fields, including healthcare and food management. My background includes roles as a Direct Support Professional, Registered Behavior Technician, and Program Supervisor, as well as experience in food management.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work? Outside of work, I cherish spending quality time with my family. With three children, we love engaging in crafts, cozying up on the couch for movie nights, and simply having fun together. I also enjoy reading and listening to music, and I recently picked up crocheting, which has been a delightful new hobby. I believe in making time for activities that bring me joy and strengthen our family bonds.
