INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Brett Fischer envisioned a pediatric therapy clinic that focused on more than just treatment., offering a sanctuary for staff and families alike.
That vision is 321go Kids, an outpatient clinic providing physical, occupational and speech therapy across Indiana. Now, the organization is looking to grow its team in New Castle and McCordsville.
“Why culture matters — people hear their infant or child needs therapy and they’re overwhelmed,” Fischer said. “We wanted to create something different.”
For physical therapist assistant McKenzie Edstene, the environment is why she has stayed with the clinic for eight years.
“Seeing a kid take their first steps or propel their wheelchair for the first time — it never gets old,” Edstene said. “But honestly, the kids and parents change me just as much.”
Lauren Landes, an occupational therapist who recently finished her first year, said the clinic’s core value of “Celebrate Victories” is more than just a slogan.
“We celebrate the smallest gains. Every kid gets celebrated. Every therapist gets celebrated,” Landes said. “It’s not just lip service — it’s who we are.”
The clinic is currently seeking new graduates and experienced professionals for the following roles in New Castle and McCordsville:
Those interested in joining the team can visit the 321go Kids website or contact the New Castle and McCordsville locations directly.
“We’re building something special here,” Fischer said. “If that speaks to you, we’d love to talk.”
